But the OBO relations paper do...Good catchup post. But the OBO relations paper does give a foundation (of sorts) to OBO. The foundation is not as formal or complete as RDF or OWL, but it's a start. It will be interesting if Chris Mungall develops a full definition, perhaps in terms of Common Logic.<br /><br />Not sure whether OBO predates the semantic web initiative: doesn't the first W3C proposal for RDF date back to 1999, the same year GO was started.
